Good package, well known company in France and worldwide in the energy industry.
Cons
No real diversity, If not HPC, at a certain level of senior it will very (NP15+) it is very hard to get a role without a strong network. Internal mobility can be quickly very tricky. Getting a good role is more about who you know than your skills.
