      Great teamwork. Managers make it a point to learn about your current work. Satisfied with the feedback received on my work. More projects are always available.

      Cons

      No flexibility in work schedule. A lot of good ideas go unheard about future opportunities. Employees do not think movement through the company is available.

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
