Pros

The people are the best at TR! Quality work done, helping each other, true friendships, big brains.

Cons

Spread way too thin! Layoffs every year for 15 years but the workload increases! Do more with less x 15 years = burnout and slipping quality. Little work-life balance. Long hours and weekends due to so few workers. Upper management are not trustworthy. No one want to take the blame for anything, so finger-pointing is common. A political nightmare to get a project done. Too many blue-chip projects, with too few individual contributors and managers to complete them. A lot of change. All the time. Rarely hiring in US or UK anymore. The far majority need to be low-cost resources (India and Thailand).

Pros

Great environment and people. Lots of overtime available and bonuses during busy season.

Cons

I really enjoyed this job so the only con I can think of is that it is seasonal.

Pros

Plenty of wonderful benefits and the most competitive parental leave I have found in the US job market

Cons

Depending on the organization you work within, you could be working for leadership that expects sales reps to smooth over and fix every single mistake that is made. A lot of these mistakes are because they haven't yet recovered from acquiring new companies and they haven't absorbed CRMs and data correctly. There are many different teams to work with to get the simplest projects done. It feels like the companies values are really in place because they expect the employees to take responsibility for their lack of systems in place supporting them.
