Promotion is cliquey - friends of managers get the jobs - and not based on merit or performance in current job. Recent cull - with no transparency or visible process on decisions on selection of managers - folowing acquisition and integration of Reuters,. Need for quality on operations and project deliverables is satisfied by rigourous but frustrating processes.
