We are sorry to hear that there were elements of your role that you were not satisfied with. Regarding your comment on micro-management, we recognise that leadership development takes time, and we remain committed to continuously reviewing and enhancing our training and resources to ensure all employees feel fully supported by management at Third Bridge.
We also recognise that the role is target and performance-based. Whilst this is the case, we know that our compensation and benefits offering is competitive and employee-focused. We are transparent about the nature of the role on all of our job descriptions and recognise this type of environment isn't suited to everyone.
Lastly, we would encourage any of our employees who are feeling like they need support in their role to reach out to their manager or the HR team directly, to have an open conversation on how they can work together on any concerns.
