Pros

5% 401K match Decent PTO with all holidays off

Cons

Third Bridge is the singular most toxic environment I have ever had the misfortune to be apart of. The pay is 10 to 20k less at Third Bridge for the same roles at competitors, despite Third Bridge being the most expensive expert network on the market; I have been sexually harassed by two employees asking me, a gay man, if I am the man or the woman in a romantic relationship; I was slapped by a drunk VP because I did not want to take a shot with her; associates are indirectly encouraged to mislead the experts in our network so they are paid the minimum amount possible; people are promoted not on how well they perform, but how much they are liked by upper management; HR does nothing to protect anyone except those in positions of power; the job description and targets change almost every quarter with no change in pay; the ‘9 to 6’ hours are at best the absolute minimum people have to work; employees are expected to work on weekends; though associates, client associates, and and senior associates are constantly under review, there is nothing done by Third Bridge to keep the managers, team leaders, and VPs accountable; and the list only goes on.

Pros

Good entry-level opportunity with exposure to fast-paced, client-facing work. The company hires driven, sociable individuals and can be a strong starting point for building communication, prioritization, and execution skills in a high-performance environment.

Cons

High turnover and inconsistent management quality significantly impact the employee experience. Success is heavily dependent on your team lead and manager, with limited recourse if you’re placed under ineffective leadership. In my experience, poor communication, lack of emotional intelligence, and unclear expectations from management made it difficult to succeed and negatively affected day-to-day productivity. Internal processes around performance management and PTO lacked transparency. I was placed on a PIP and terminated shortly after (within a week) in a way that felt abrupt and not aligned with prior communication, which was initially framed as a discussion around pending PTO. There were also delays in PTO approvals, and I experienced issues with compensation adjustments following a promotion that required follow-up to resolve.
