Pros
Competitive salary and bonus structure. Good benefits. PTO accrual starts at 4 weeks per year for new hires and can go up to 7 weeks for long time employees.
Cons
No work life balance. Top heavy management means there are not enough people to do the actual work, leading to many late nights and weekends spent at work. Organization is poorly structured and and designed more around status collecting than around productivity and efficiency.
