      They wont care about your specialization , the RMG will push you to wathever the first project call you get

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
