      - Good project (depends on your luck) - Experienced Manager - Can learn different technologies.

      Cons

      - No bonuses and hike is not so good - Deadline pressure( Depends on your project ) - Most of the colleagues aren't that great. Whole project depends on individuals.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
