Pros
- Payment above average (at my region, back in BR) - Contact with either beginners and people at their very "seniority" - A very friendly and inclusive environment
Cons
- As they are a huge company, TCS follows very strict and pre-defined requisites to give their employees a promotion. And for this reason, sometimes it may be very frustrating because you feel like you are not professionally growing.
