      WLB is good, good company if you want to stay for long term with stable income

      Cons

      Very little growth or learnings in the company, budgets are being cut across the board, easier to find a elevation outside than a promotion inside

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
