      - Hours if good worker - 10% discount with cash or paying with a red card - bonus at time - Work with schedule while I was in college - Great employees

      - Pay per hour could be better - Growth is diffcult for part-timers

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
