      Time off is unlimited for senior leadership

      Everything else. This is the worst job I've ever had. Target is supposed to have the best culture, it's the worst I've ever seen. Worst job I've ever had.rather be on deployment. Terrible leadership, systemic racism, targeting and eeoc violations. Worst human resources I've ever seen in real life. If you are white or Hispanic, it's for you. DEI NON EXISTENT

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
