      Pros

      they have some of the best pay for retail in our area. The job itself is pretty easy. You do a lot of your own work so you don't have to worry about others slack

      Cons

      While most managers were great to work with, others were hard to talk to. You often don't know which manager you're working with until you arrive each day

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
