Pros

The team leaders are always helping out where ever they can. I see them zoning and even doing pulls. Whenever we need direction someone is there to give it. I am very satisfied with our team leaders when it comes to how hard they work.

Cons

The amount of work a salesfloor TM can be back breaking. You are expected to go above and beyond and stay late whenever you close. I have been in four different positions and have NEVER been trained adequately each time. They seem to believe in learning as you go. The team leaders work hard but they don't respect the basic level team members at all. They expect you to do exactly what they say with no complaints. And no matter how hard you work, don't expect much recognition. And they pay is pretty low considering the amount of work you are expected to do.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
