Pros

The starting pay is $15/hour. Health, vision, and dental insurance available. 401K with employer contributions. 10% shopping discount with an additional 20% on an activewear brand and some healthy foods. Great leave and disability programs. PTO. Managers can be amazing.

Cons

No one is full-time unless they are a lead, so hours are never guaranteed. So employees can go from 40 hours a week down to 15 hours a week. High expectations for heavy workloads with limited hours. Not much room for advancement. Insurance and leave only available if your average working hours are high enough, which can be difficult when hours are not given. Managers can be toxic and unfair.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
