Pros
Company Benefits. TM's are great and we stick together. Always try to help each other even when ETL does us not to help flow team because you are on back stock. We sneak around to give a TM a hand that they need. That's team culture.
Cons
If you are an ETL it gives you the right to yell, be rude, be cruel, and never have a polite conversation with a TM. TM have had hrs cut to extreme after being told they are hired FT. Cut hrs & double work load?TL's have abandon their jobs due to ETL's treatment. You can't treat people like that and expect them to stick around.
