      They promote from within, have good benefits, and flexible hours. I would suggest to a friend.

      Cons

      the fastest way to rise in target is through networking. Not hard work. Seasoned employees aren't valued as much as they should be.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
