Very apathetic, non existent patience, virtually no training, a lot of talking behind backs. - Asset Protection Associate Target Employee Review

Pros

Pay, customers were nice, constantly changing work environment.

Cons

Once went four weeks without pay and no manager or HR cared untill I stressed I haven't gotten paid yet and for some reason, they thought I was talking about my pay rate? (which I still don't understand why) My department felt like a one man team, because it was just me and my boss who was CONSTANTLY behind on paper work, so work days that he was in with me would seem like I was alone cause he was in a bad mood because how much work he had to catch up on, unless it was a total emergency, like a guest complaint or something along those lines. Rude managers who were constantly stressed out and would never allow you to ask questions. Seemed as if they would micromanage people they didn't like, just to get them out.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
