Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits, they gave me (as asset protection) a guaranteed 40 hour schedule every week.
Cons
The majority of the staff in the store was very lazy and there was little to no accountability or oversight. Management was extremely racist and hostile towards the white staff members and took every opportunity to be as obvious and as loud about it as possible. They used a variety of less than legal means to push out hard-working employees and replace them with even lazier, entitled friends and family members. I personally witnessed higher end executive store leads threaten white team members with physical violence.
