Pros

Pays on time, one can swap shifts with other employers, in theory an inclusive environment. A slightly better wage than the usual. They organize a lot of extracurricular activities and offer discounts in some products and services.

Cons

Immense pressure for results. Indirectly advising us to resort to any means to keep the numbers positive. Actively promoting snitch mentality by embracing those employees who like to collect dirt on others, and other similar practices. Unprofessional attitudes and and complete lack of preparation/coordination when it comes to changes and new guidelines. They simply don't care how you are going to deal. It's your problem. Quality assessments that find fault in everything so that the company doesn't pay bonuses. One, two and three month contract renewals so that you cannot get severance pay if they fire you, and you can't apply for unemployment benefits. Overall a terrible place to work, despite constant assurances that they care about your well-being and mental health. You explain the situation and their answer is, "it will get better". And it gets worse.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
