Pros
The only advantages of working here are the ones that their client - Airbnb provides you with.
Cons
The company’s management in every department is highly unprofessional. There is no respect for their new hired employees, they are ill treated and given no relevance. As a new employee, they don’t think it is necessary to attend induction however they expect you to follow all the rules without being aware of them. If in case you make a mistake, instead of having a one on one conversation with your manager, their director humiliates you in the middle of the floor in a high pitch. They boast about the perks they offer but nothing really works out the way they say. The transport department is of no use, their cabs get cancelled thrice a week and then they ask you to travel on your own expense which they don’t reimburse you for. They set false expectations and mislead their employees. The company is not at all employee centric. They only care about pleasing their client. They have policies that are unfair to the employees and the HRs can’t justify themselves. The payroll department does not maintain any records, they loose your bank details and ask you for it month after month. They clearly cannot be trusted with confidential information. The company agrees that they owe me a month’s worth of salary along with my transportation reimbursements, yet they don’t pay me, instead, they ask me to sign the”No dues letter”. Working for them was absolutely ABSURD. A reputed brand like Airbnb should not let its third party employees be treated this way. Its a shame for someone like Airbnb to outsource their business to Teleperformance.
