Pros

most coworkers are fun to work with, no hard labour, the job requires receiving phone calls only., close to the subway station, grocery stores and restaurants.

Cons

management team always seems confused like they don't know what to do in different situations. Very little care for employees health and well being and the environment feels like being in a prison. Promotions are based favouritism instead of professionalism . Termination is mostly personal instead of being work related, too many false terminations and false written warnings have occurred. Hygiene is very poor with roaches on the 2nd and 6th floor crawling in people's belongings, and there is no air conditioning at all on the 2nd floor and employees are often removed from the fan even if they are really feeling hot. The care of employees is absolutely terrible. There is a very high turnover rate of employees, most of them quit due to the above. Short term place to be employed, no future in it. Pay is very low compared to the work with put in resolving customer's problems and complaints with technical issues every single day

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
