Pros

- Benefits after 60 days - A company that pushes you to be your best - Lots of advancement opportunities - Flexible hours - Company match 401K - Friendly staff/coworkers This company is just like life you get back what you put into, you do your best and many doors will open for you. There is tremendous room for growth and advancement within Teleperformance. I've been with the company 4 years and have had several promotions, my first one being at 6 months. Teleperformance is greatly diverse in the people it employs. Not only can you find a career for life but also life long friends here.

Cons

- No sick pay Other than that there are really no cons.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
