Pros
- For international people, they give housing for free; - They respect your country minimum wage, in order to attract you; - The team itself (probably depending on the project) are accessible; - Lots of activities (but they don't allow you to schedule vacations to those days, so, you need to wait to know if you are available, if not, you need to cancel); - Jump Program might be your best way in progressing inside the company.
Cons
- Very low wage for natives (unsustainable to even have a house nearby the company, 585€ per month from basic wage); - They make us work for a Temp Company named "Emprecede" before we can actually join the company itself; - Not everyone from Human Resources are actually professional at their job (which makes me wonder how some of them are still there); - Your ideas to improve the project / tools we use get instantly killed; - Hard to progress unless they like your face; - Favoritism.
