Pros

- Lots of OT opportunities. - Not nearly as bad as some of the other TP projects. - Nice work environment, it's a really good building unlike Westbelt. - The pay is OK. - Co-Workers are really nice and cool people.

Cons

- Insurance is awful. - The systems used to work on are very poor. You'll get yelled at by customers because the systems and policies are so bad and there's not much you can do. - The mandatory OT can get pretty annoying, especially since much of the high call volume is caused by a very poorly maintained AnnTaylor.com website. - Many of the people promoted to supervisor or Fulfillment Team seem very suspect. I'm not saying I would have been the best supervisor but I had been there 1 year since the project launched and was passed over by someone who was just hired 2-3 weeks ago. I told my boss I can understand if you didn't want to promote me, but to promote someone who just got hired was stupid. He ended up getting fired less than a month later, meanwhile I'm still here (for now).

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
