Pros
Entry-level salaries are higher than standard If they like you, the sky is the limit. Otherwise... Possible pro - it's a place where you just punch the clock. So if you just want to do the same thing every day from 9-5, keep your head down, and avoid change, this is the place for you
Cons
Higher level salaries don't match inflation/industry standards Words like creativity, innovation, and change don't mean at TC what they mean everywhere else - the status quo is valued above anything, especially if change involves cost. TC tries to bend the clients to TC's way of doing things rather than working together to find compromise. Despite being readily available, WFH is not available unless you're part of the inner sanctum. This is in spite of the lack of desks for all employees. The insurance plan looks great on paper until you do the math - most employees minimise their contributions and use their spouse's plan or pay out of pocket rather than deal with the extortionate premiums This industry is horrible for the environment yet no effort is made to even virtue signal
