Low pay, very traditional environment - Executive Symrise Employee Review

very traditional company, many processes are still very manual and hence prone to error. management is not supportive in investing to upgrade equipment or improve on processes. lots of talk but at the end of the day, no one wants to take responsibility and work is pushed to certain departments because "it's a legacy issue". pay is way below market rate, increment is basically non-existent.
