Pros
Loved Symrise and the people. Employed from 04-'12. Moved from Project management, Customer Service Director to Sales Director. Training was excellent and entrepreneurial style allowing control over profitability. Provided me opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
Cons
Reorganizing meant downsizing and saw it 5 times. Rapid, changing reorganization. I had 15 bosses and 8 job changes in 8 years. Saw many people laid off again and again then it was my turn after the 5th reorganization. It's just business - I suppose. Interestingly, my lay off comprised of women in their late 40s, and 50s.
