Pros

Get along well with the majority of my coworkers.

Cons

Can’t eat on the job, understaffed and have a two-three hour window when you’re scheduled by yourself, majority of customers aren’t understanding and will break your momentum/verbally abuse you, poor management for employees, continuous changes that throw everybody off and have you either coming in late or staying late to catch up, no bonuses or extra benefits, can be flexible with hours but doesn’t occur often and will schedule you whenever they want, will have to come in every once in a while on days off to cover for someone, oftentimes work by yourself especially on the weekends, stressful environment and physically demanding if you’re tall since you will be standing for a long period of time and bending over a lot to finish orders, zero breaks, not allowed to sit down, not allowed to be on your phone and if caught not following then will be written up.

Pros

Very flexible scheduling, especially if your manager is willing to work around all their employees. You usually get a 50% discount that you can use once a day too.

Cons

Direct district management at this location does not know how to manage people. He will not really do anything to help or assist until his supervisors look into his stores and what he does. He will shift blame onto any general manager he can, and if any district manager decides you are doing your job incorrectly or you need to adjust what you are doing, there will be little to no support in helping you become a better employee. It really can become a "popularity contest" when you work in store management. If you are a regular employee or shift lead, you won't really have any direct contact with district management.
