Pros
I like that each store is owned individually, so everyone knows each other. My store also gave you a free 6" sub for each shift you worked, which was great.
Cons
Really petty behavior from a lot of employees, and it was never a concern of management. Not a great working environment. Some people got ostracized by other employees, and management knew about it but did nothing.
