The tips are ok whenever we tried to make the tip jar more appealing or anything we weren’t allowed, customers were actually pretty nice enjoyed them, coworkers were ahh the ones i worked with regularly I really like
Cons
unreliable management lots and lita of favoritism, micro managing owner, super slow so tips aren’t the best, tiny store, no breaks, will play in your face about your hours speak up the moment they act weird, no employee benefits full time or part time
