Donot Join the company thinking that this company is bad for sales and being an HR you will not going to face all that. There is no rules and regulations they are following.You will get stuck in your career.You will feel that you are on the mercy of your managers,unfair PIP without verbal warning even though you are fresher,the fear of termination prevail in the whole organization.The most funny part you will suddenly get to know you salary is put on hold without any notice.Nobody is going to help you in any situation.Even though you mail it to the founder or higher authorities. If you are thinking it only about my experience something must have happened that I am writing or it might be my fault to face all this please be assure I have always got distinction during my education.The only point of writing this is that no other people should face all this. Unfair PIP without verbal warning within two months even though you are fresher,they will ask you to resign also as a option(indirect coercion) No FNF if they terminate you which no body knows,they try to terminate you on purpose. You will receive your salary on 9th of every month that too with deductions which you are not aware of. No reimbursements you have recharge your phone on your own. FNF will be done 90 days post your resignation,also your PF money is also credited after 3 months,in a mean while if they terminate you,you will lose all your money.As nobody is going to guide you whom to reach out,no body will respond also. Don't go with a view that this is illegal this cannot happen, it can happen because it is SquareYards. Also don't think reviews are bad for other prestigious company also.Salary is something which is very basic, following rules and regulations is also very basic that any company should follow. Even though you are performing good,50 percent Target achieved of your joinings,you can be on PIP And they will reduce your PIP coverage day on their own will, if the total days given is 7 days ,on the 5th day ,2 days before they will issue second PIP,mindless manager. Environment, culture,life balance I didn't talk about because they are not following the basic things.These all are secondary aspects for me.

Company still needs more of the talent.
