Pros
You will be treated as slave there trust me. They don't treat you as humans. Because of them I have wasted over 5 months of my professional life. If you have an option or even if you don't have any other options I will suggest you don't join this company.
Cons
I was posted in Dubai branch of this company They will make you work for 28 days a month. The pay they provide you is very less 4000-4500 AED per month is very less it will be very hard to live off that money. They will not pay any extra allowance for traveling or food or anything. They will make you work from 8:30 a.m. to 10p.m on good days otherwise it is possible that they might make you work till 1:30-2 a.m They will suggest you to live near the company "because it's safer" but they rather have you live near in walking distance so that you don't complaint that you will not get convince for traveling. There idea of moral building is shouting at people humiliating them in public.
