Pros
My reasons for continuing to work with Steria is the team camaradrie that we have built within our (small) section of the company. That's great, but I don't think senior management is even aware of this.
Cons
Lack of communication - A culture of secrecy, leading to most employees "working in silos". (We feel alone and rudderless). The current offshoring drive to move as many EU jobs over to India is leading to massive morale problems in the European arm. Things in India not much better with staff leaving in droves.
