Job expectations are really reasonable, and mostly without micromanagement. The scheduling was also very flexible and forgiving.
Cons
Some managers can be weird and play favorites/gossip to other staff. The hours were also very poor in the off season. There wasn't clear training or expectations and you could potentially be blamed for things you were never made aware of. Next to zero training you're mostly expected to "figure it out" and if you struggle you're scolded.
