      Big company, yet has the small company feeling...warm, inviting, willing to help others succeed Company that embraces change and open to changing to meet the new "offshore" clientele

      Cons

      Compensation slightly lower than industry average Systems changing and somewhat disorganized, but restructuring and getting ISO certification

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
