Needs to be wanyang to be seen, otherwise practically invisible to management. Benefits are disappointing. 10 days AL for site staff, capped at 3 days max. No DND for don't know how many years. Not being appreciated. Get ready to work even while you are on leave, complete contradiction of their motto quality of life. Only focus client's quality of life, not employees.
