      Global company, several businesses, quality of life at the heart of everything you do. Great culture, lots of opportunities to embrace new challenges and create your own adventure.

      Cons

      You do not have all the resources you think you would have working for such a big group. Compensation is not very competitive and at the headquarters they have HUGE issues to value foreign talent

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
