Pros

I enjoyed being out doors working with people in there own environment and that is exactly what I got in this position. Are all positions this way no, but there are many positions available.

Cons

There were times that the weather outside was a bit cold and you had to deal with it, but they provided warm clothes and awesome coffee.

Good ethics, cafeteria and good place to work in general. I would recommand you also have lots of benefits to work there

Cons

- Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
