      Easy job, good pay, flexible work hours, enjoyable co workers

      Cons

      Cut throat mentality, no breaks, no employee meals, little to no communication between departments, uneducated managers, inefficient HR staff.

      Cons

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
