Pros
Flexible hours, decent pay, HR helped a lot, we saw a many Big Wigs on a regular and they would step in and work to help... inside promotions and climbing the latter was a golden opp... web site has something to aid everyone and if they dont have it, its coming soon... a lot of free training was offered to anyone that is interested....
Cons
Mine was the boss and location of the University... each account should be a little more flexible with vendor operations... cut back on sooooo much paper usage... a little more standard across the board in catering with its logistics...
