      My upper Management is aware of the effort that is put forth by it's employees and promotes from within.

      Sometimes the communication can be a little lacking, but key communications come when necessary.

      Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

      Cons

      High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
