Pros
Sodexo is a very large company with many opportunities in many locations, both in the US and overseas. They also offer very good benefits packages.
Cons
Sodexo's corporate structure left a lot to be desired. It's structure was often cumbersome and confusing, and was certainly a very politicized organization.
