      Lots of professional development opportunities. People stay there for a long time. General employee satisfaction is high.

      Cons

      Hard to advance if you come in entry level, you can't even apply for advanced positions unless you are already in a certain pay grade.

      Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

      Cons

      High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
