Pros
They are very accomodating to the wishes of the staff. Realy enjoy working for them. They meet the needs for health and safety by the letter.
Cons
No flexibility for working arrangements. The job i do could be more efficiant if we had flexi time. Example - some jobs in the labs would be more beneficial to lab staff if we came in early before lab staff arrive to get our job done more effectivley.
