      great professional development, some diversity and good leadership

      Cons

      frequent reorgs (3 in 4 years) and a diminishing program as a result of removal of resources and support. Not competitive with pay and bonus structure

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
