Pros
They have good benefits, healthcare covers what I need, and I pay little to no money for prescriptions.
Cons
You're at the mercy of where you work. So if they're closed, you don't work, and to make up the lost hours, you have to use your vacation time to get 40 hours as an hourly employee. Also, I'm finding it hard to move up in the company because, even as someone who is qualified and has degrees, getting promoted to a manager is difficult.
