Head GM and two other male managers need to go - Supervisor Sodexo Employee Review

Treatment of employees is terrible couple of good managers there but unfortunately the others make everyday atmosphere negative and the head GM makes assumptions reacts inappropriately has two other male managers one that does absolutely nothing and most time doesn’t come to work but still gets his salary for doing nothing but creating issues and never even working a full 40 hour work week in his two year employment other one goes out his area and walks around critiquing with head GM and other male when he’s present between the three they will choose certain employees to target majority of the time it’s a personal opinion one of three feel and isn’t even accurate irregardless it’s all unprofessional and subjects all of us employees to a negative toxic atmosphere which then creates that for our customers as well The staff while they are working students in dining hall seeing them do nothing to assist while other workers are doing 2-3 positions Instead of any of them being a team player and help customers they stand directly in center of area staring at the employees to find something to criticize or they go get their lunch and dinner sit around leisurely eating while dining hall is in service and busy those 3 mentality is they are above doing anything to actually contribute to assist customer or staff that’s busy working Then they don’t even clean up after themselves and expect the workers already working 2-3 positions can add their mess onto their workload too instead of actually being a manager like two the others that are the way a manager is supposed to be with customers and staff these 3 sit there and are heard talking unprofessionally about the two managers that are what a manager is supposed. To be Employees are underpaid overworked not appreciated and subjected to the unprofessional disrespectful attitudes of the 3 inaccurate assumptions on most staff it’s a negative atmosphere by a few managers with one being the head GM so after dealing with him being there for 1.5 of this it is hard to even enjoy coming to do our jobs we once did cause everyday it’s another negative or unrealistic expectation we’re having to encounter
