      It's great organisation. Many projects. You get to learn a lot and move to senior positions.

      Pay is less, not easy to move up the ladder, more work and less benefits and more stress

      9 to 5 - actual 9 to 5, no extra hours Very family friendly, great maternal/paternal leaves, benefits for the children Easy to reach out to higher management, if you want to talk to MD - you just walk up to MD and talk A lot of trainings that company pays for

      Same as in any big financial institution: initiatives are taken slowly, promotions are close to non-existent unless you are lucky to be a part of highly visible project,
